After graduating in 1993, Gildas worked as a Sommelier in some of the world’s finest establishments: Fernand Point**, Troisgros***, Marc Veyrat*** and Le Clos Des Sens***, before arriving in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in 1997.
He founded In Vino Gildas in 2001 and opened his boutique in Luxembourg City in 2008.
Crowned Best Sommelier of Luxembourg in 1997, 1998 and 1999. Semi-finalist 2000 World’s Best Sommelier.
